People fear being self-directed.
They hide behind a mask of a job, fear, nonsensical relationships, a distorted sense of self, and shallow friendships that do not promote growth.
The price you pay for being confident and self-directed is to leave behind situations, behaviors, and people, taking full responsibility for your life. This means taking full responsibility for what you want, for failure, facing the fear of being disliked or rejected, with no blaming others.
How the program works
Every call will be a blend of personal work and group work, there is a map or perhaps an outline for each call but you have the tool and this is based on people rather than a script. This flexibility to the group while allowing for each person’s unique needs to be addressed.
The therapeutic work focuses on the real-life challenges you’re currently facing. Bring your struggles to our group sessions and be ready to confront them openly. Avoidance will not lead to growth – leaning into your challenges is what allows true healing.
Every group is unique, there is no one-size-fits-all template; instead, I tailored specific homework to meet the specific needs of each person.

In the 8 weeks of this program, we will take a deep look into what you want, and what is preventing you from thriving and uncover limiting beliefs and habits. We tap into healing emotional wounds and creating a more balanced and deeply compassionate relationship with yourself. This will give you more agency and pave the way for you to create strategies that support your aspirations in life.
The process
Taking off
When you sign up for Evolving, you will receive a survey prior to our first session with powerful questions that will help you to open space for conscious self-inquiry and will provide me with crucial information about your current life, dreams, challenges, fears, talents, relationship, family, finances, and goals.
Exploring the unknown
We will dive into your inner world to dig into frozen emotional content, giving space and recognition that your experiences deserve. This deep inner work and training are crucial to get clarity and directing your full focus on the root of your conflicts. This is transformational and requires commitment, time, and transparency for the process.
Unlocking your potential
Having explored the depth of your stories, and digging into the dark, you are ready for the gold. You will have clarity and a better understanding of yourself, your values, gifts, and potential. You can co-create with life the next step of your growth from a place of purpose and fullness of expression.
Meditation Group
With this package, you will also have access to my weekly meditation group to train in mindfulness practices that will benefit your self-development work.
Breaking up with the old
Doing deep work means, among other things, finding out what no longer works for you. This is not always smooth and fun. Our beliefs run the show of our lives, and the attempt to reset them will bring you in close contact with difficult conversations, fears, vulnerabilities, frustrations, and all the other things you until now have avoided.

FAQ
Calls:
The calls will be on the weekends on Saturdays from October 7th to November 25th from 2 – 3:30 p.m. Central European Time.
Do you have to attend the call?
Yes. Call attendance is mandatory. Full participation maintains group integrity. This training is built on people, full participation maintains group integrity.
If I register but then need to drop out, can I cancel?
- You can get a full refund, minus a 100 EUR cancellation fee if you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the start date.
- If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the start, you can receive a refund of the full amount, Minus 250 EUR cancellation fee.
- If you cancel after the program begins, you will be responsible for the total program cost regardless of the reason.
- This policy upholds the integrity of the group, so your full commitment is required once you enroll.
